Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,920 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP43, PCMT1, and LTV1. Each is linked with PPIL4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL4-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL4 results are reported.
