Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and MEK1. Each is linked with PPIL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL4-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL4 results are reported.
