Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPIL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,665 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of ubiquitin protein ligase activity, 7-methylguanosine mRNA capping, and 7-methylguanosine RNA capping. Each is linked with PPIL4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL4-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL4 results are reported.
