Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,267 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPIL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2L3, GUCD1, and THAP7. Each is linked with PPIL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL2-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIL2 versus UBE2L3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
