PPIL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,983 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX41, ATAD3A, and MNT. Each is linked with PPIL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL2-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DDX41 grouped by PPIL2-low versus PPIL2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
