PPIL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, BRD4, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PPIL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL2-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by PPIL2-low versus PPIL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
