Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPIL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,898 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Interleukin-34-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with PPIL2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL2-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL2 results are reported.
