PPIL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPIL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADRA1A, OR11H6, and OR13D1. Each is linked with PPIL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL2-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADRA1A grouped by PPIL2-low versus PPIL2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
