Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,317 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR1H, OARD1, and SAYSD1. Each is linked with PPIL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL1-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL1 results are reported.
