Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,480 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPIH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZFP69B, C1orf112, and SCN1B. Each is linked with PPIH in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIH-to-partner and partner-to-PPIH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIH versus ZFP69B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
