PPIH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 375 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIH-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB3P3, RNA5SP411, and SLC25A4. Each is linked with PPIH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIH-to-partner and partner-to-PPIH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB3P3 grouped by PPIH-low versus PPIH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
