Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPIH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,148 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Meiotic sister chromatid cohesion, and Spindle elongation. Each is linked with PPIH in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIH-to-partner and partner-to-PPIH results are reported.
