PPIG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,167 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IGHG1, SP3, and SRSF7. Each is linked with PPIG in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIG-to-partner and partner-to-PPIG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIG versus IGHG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
