Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,352 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPIG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMPD4, SNRNP200, and SP3. Each is linked with PPIG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIG-to-partner and partner-to-PPIG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIG versus SMPD4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
