PPIG

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIG-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Notch1, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with PPIG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIG-to-partner and partner-to-PPIG results are reported.
