PPIG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPIG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIG-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPSR1, MS4A10, and PCDH11X. Each is linked with PPIG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIG-to-partner and partner-to-PPIG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NPSR1 grouped by PPIG-low versus PPIG-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
