PPIC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,734 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPX8, SEC24D, and SERPINH1. Each is linked with PPIC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIC-to-partner and partner-to-PPIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIC versus GPX8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
