PPIC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 279 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIC-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC1P2, TPT1P9, and RNU6-218P. Each is linked with PPIC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIC-to-partner and partner-to-PPIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HDAC1P2 grouped by PPIC-low versus PPIC-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
