PPIB

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,406 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are P3H1, FNDC3B, and PDIA3. Each is linked with PPIB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIB-to-partner and partner-to-PPIB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIB versus P3H1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
