Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,413 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP68, GRHPR, and SSR4. Each is linked with PPIB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIB-to-partner and partner-to-PPIB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIB versus CEP68 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
