Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPIB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,715 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of translational initiation in response to stress, Regulation of acute inflammatory response to antigenic stimulus, and Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum. Each is linked with PPIB in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIB-to-partner and partner-to-PPIB results are reported.
