Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAP91 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPIAP91 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher PPIAP91 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAP91 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and ACC show a favorable association.
THCA, UCS, and LGG are the cancer types where PPIAP91 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
