Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAP88 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPIAP88 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PPIAP88 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAP88 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and CESC show a favorable association.

ACC, UVM, and UCS are the cancer types where PPIAP88 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
