Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAP75 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPIAP75 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher PPIAP75 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAP75 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.
LIHC, UVM, and UCS are the cancer types where PPIAP75 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
