Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP73 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,352 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP73-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription, elongation, Positive regulation of organelle assembly, and Organelle disassembly. Each is linked with PPIAP73 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP73-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP73 results are reported.
