Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,408 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GMPPA, YY1, and IGHV3-35. Each is linked with PPIAP6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP6-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP6 results are reported.
