Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,220 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Outer mitochondrial membrane organization, and Amino acid metabolic process. Each is linked with PPIAP25 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP25-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP25 results are reported.
