Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAP22 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPIAP22 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher PPIAP22 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAP22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA are the cancer types where PPIAP22 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
