PPIAP22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,470 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP22-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD3P3, TBRG4, and PPIA. Each is linked with PPIAP22 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP22-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAP22→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAP22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
