PPIAP22

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,000 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP22-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BZW2, NUDCD3, and RRM2. Each is linked with PPIAP22 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP22-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAP22→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAP22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
