PPIAP19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,671 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR75, ABLIM1, and EIF2S1. Each is linked with PPIAP19 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP19-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
