Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAL4F RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPIAL4F data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher PPIAL4F RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAL4F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and LUSC show a favorable association.

DLBC, LIHC, and KICH are the cancer types where PPIAL4F RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
