The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher PPIAL4D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAL4D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where PPIAL4D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
