Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAL4C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPIAL4C data layer compared with 17 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher PPIAL4C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAL4C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where PPIAL4C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
