PPIAL4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAL4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,893 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAL4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BORCS6, ICAM1_T530, and SZRD1. Each is linked with PPIAL4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAL4A-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAL4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIAL4A versus BORCS6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
