PPIAL4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAL4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-81P, NUP35P2, and TBATA. Each is linked with PPIAL4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAL4A-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAL4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-81P grouped by PPIAL4A-low versus PPIAL4A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAL4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAL4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
