Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAL4A mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPIAL4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Erythrocytes, Th2 cells, and CD4+ Tem. Each is linked with PPIAL4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAL4A-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAL4A results are reported.
