Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPIA data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PPIA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, READ, and ACC are the cancer types where PPIA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
