Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,323 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, MCM4, and RRM2. Each is linked with PPIA in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIA-to-partner and partner-to-PPIA results are reported.
