Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPIA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,425 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dihydrofolate metabolic process, Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, and Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with PPIA in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIA-to-partner and partner-to-PPIA results are reported.
