PPIA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPIA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,028 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHCHD3, POM121, and ARHGAP19. Each is linked with PPIA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIA-to-partner and partner-to-PPIA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
