Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPHLN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,164 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPHLN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear transport, Nucleocytoplasmic transport, and Double-strand break repair via homologous recombination. Each is linked with PPHLN1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPHLN1-to-partner and partner-to-PPHLN1 results are reported.
