Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPFIBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,861 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPFIBP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Striatal medium spiny neuron differentiation, Monocarboxylic acid catabolic process, and Transport of virus. Each is linked with PPFIBP2 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIBP2-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIBP2 results are reported.
