PPFIA4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPFIA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,019 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLOD2, KDM3A, and ALDOC. Each is linked with PPFIA4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA4-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPFIA4 versus PLOD2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPFIA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPFIA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
