PPFIA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPFIA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,197 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRN3P2, MTFP1, and TAF13. Each is linked with PPFIA4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA4-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RRN3P2 grouped by PPFIA4-low versus PPFIA4-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPFIA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPFIA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
