Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPFIA4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,151 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribonucleoside diphosphate catabolic process, Canonical glycolysis, and Glucose catabolic process to pyruvate. Each is linked with PPFIA4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA4-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA4 results are reported.
