Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPFIA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 455 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTRNR2L10, ZSCAN1, and TBL1Y. Each is linked with PPFIA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA4-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA4 results are reported.
