PPFIA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPFIA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,540 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLE2, CDKN3, and CD207. Each is linked with PPFIA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA3-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLE2 grouped by PPFIA3-low versus PPFIA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPFIA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPFIA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
