Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPFIA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, EGFR_pY1068, and FoxM1. Each is linked with PPFIA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA3-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA3 results are reported.
