PPFIA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPFIA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,631 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPM1, PARVA, and SEPTIN2. Each is linked with PPFIA2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA2-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPFIA2 versus TPM1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPFIA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPFIA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
